Butter in coffee? My interview with Dave Asprey of Bulletproof

One of the most momentous surges I received in my business was after being featured on Bulletproof Radio.

In case you haven’t heard of the Bulletproof Radio podcast, or its host, Dave Asprey...he’s the guy who is responsible for putting butter in coffee (and so much more). You may have seen his coffee brand “Bulletproof” and brain enhancing products at Whole Foods.  He has one of the top podcasts on iTunes and is famous for helping people perform at their best.

I loved being on Bulletproof Radio and am so grateful to have been on twice.  I wanted to share this interview with you because we talk about the essence of what it means to be happy at work (and in life) plus there were some hilarious stories. We covered::

  • What complaining does to your brain

  • How to find meaning and purpose at work, no matter how crappy your job is

  • The three ways you’re sabotaging your own happiness at work

  • Where Dave started his career (it involves moving boxes!)

  • The reason why blaming your job (or boss) forces you to repeat bad patterns

  • The first thing you should do when you’re unhappy at work

  • How to extend your sense of possibility when you feel stuck

  • How to deal with annoying people who cut you off in traffic

It’s been a while since I did this podcast, but I just thought this would be an instant way to support you and give you some of my favorite stuff.
